I recently had a gluten-free, dairy-free cupcake at Cups in La Jolla. It was delicious--chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter frosting. The frosting was light and tasty, not heavy with peanut butter. I topped it off with an almond milk latte. How wonderful!...
